Fabric orders
and sample information |
Placing
your order
To ensure accuracy with all orders, we do not accept
orders by telephone.
Orders can be accepted by either post or
e-mail.
When detailing your order, please include the fabric
company, fabric name, reference and quantity.
The minimum order amount is three metres. |

Fabric
width
Generally all our fabrics
are 54" (137cm) wide unless specified otherwise. |

Accepted
methods of payment. Debit, credit cards, cash, cheques
and BACS payments are accepted.
Credit card transactions are subject to an additional
transaction service fee, as charged by our terminal
merchant and this charge is variable according to the
card type. |

Carriage
charges
Carriage will be charged at £13 for each delivery of
less than £500 in value.
A charge of £25 per parcel will be made on all orders
where next day delivery before
10.30am is requested (service subject to availability).
A charge of £25 per parcel will be made on all orders
where Saturday delivery before
12.00 noon is requested (service subject to
availability).
Multiple item orders will be despatched when all items
become available.
Should part despatches be requested then additional
carriage may be charged. |

Fabric
samples
We welcome visits to Awesome so that customers can view
our entire fabric collections.
Alternatively please feel free to contact us for free
fabric samples from any of the collections displayed.
We offer up to ten free fabric samples from any of the
ranges displayed.
Thereafter we would require a medium sized stamped
addressed envelope with your
choice of samples sending to:-

Claims
and returns policy
No returns will be accepted after 10 days and all
products being returned must be authorised.
Claims or returns will not be accepted once fabric has
been cut.
Products must be inspected before cutting or further
processing.
We recommend that customers request a sample of their
chosen fabric before placing an order,
so that they can make the necessary checks upon
delivery.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the
fabric delivered is correct and meets expectation.
Any claims for damage, shortages or any error in the
fabric delivered must be notified in writing to Awesome
within 5 days of delivery.
In the rare event that faulty goods are received, these
good may be replaced at the sole discretion of the
company.
Goods are supplied on the condition that the liability
of the company for any fault, defect
description or fitness for purpose is limited to any
amount not exceeding the original invoice price. |
