MISSION STATEMENT.
We strive to produce a service which meets and exceeds our customers
expectations,
and to excel in areas where other companies are
complacent or have not yet explored.
As an established leader in the custom upholstery field, we work
heavily towards giving our customers
100% satisfaction in whatever project they are about to embark
on.
In turn this practice rewards us with quality leads by referral
and real job satisfaction.
Our mission is ongoing and is reflected across our website.

HISTORY.
As a family business, one of our boldest statements is following
a tradition of excellence,
and those are not just hollow words.
Our tradition of excellence has been continued from our great grand
father
William Lewington, who was a Master wood carver, and then
through our grandfather Ernest Lewington,
who was a Master cabinet
maker.
Our great grandfather, carved two busts from mahogany stair posts in
about 1810, one of a man wearing a hat akin to one of the
Musketeers, handing a rose to the other bust of a woman.
These busts sit on plinths which are ornately carved.
Standing between these busts is an identical carved plinth upon
which sits a beautiful crystal vase.
These have been handed down through the family and are a much
treasured heirloom.
Our grandfather made furniture for the once
Queen Juliana of the
Netherlands,
and his furniture was always displayed at the Ideal
Home Exhibitions.
Having these highly skilled craftsmen for us to take inspiration and
pride from,
our work has enabled us to keep following a tradition of
excellence,
which we are proud of.
Thanks for stopping by, and please
feel free to contact us with any of your comments or
suggestions.
